Villanova Univeristy Athletics

Jimmy Franchetti was elevated to Director of Operations for the baseball program in the fall of 2021. In his role he assists the pitching staff with player development and works with the head coach in other aspects of the program. 

Before his role as Director of Operations, Franchetti pitched for three seasons at Villanova. During his time on the mound, Franchetti appeared in 10 games out of the bullpen. The Marlton, New Jersey native was named to the All-BIG EAST All-Academic Team in 2019-20 and was a three-time Athletic Director's Honor Roll selection.
