Villanova Career: A valuable addition to the team last season starting in all 50 games he appeared in…Led the team in batting average, hits, doubles, triples, RBIs, and assists… Recorded 10 games with multiple RBIs, including two games with four RBIs, had 17 games with multiple hits, and had a reached base streaked of 14 straight games… Named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team… Two-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2023: In 50 games played he started in all 50 as an infielder…He had a batting average of .311(team high), slugging percentage of .476, and on-base percentage of .361…In 212 at bats(team high) he recorded 66 hits (team high), 14 doubles(team high), three triples, five home runs, and had 44 RBIs (team high)…Defensively recorded 70 putouts, a team high 114 assists, a fielding percentage of .974, and 25 double plays…He recorded 11 games this year with at least three hits including two games with four both against Butler…Had a season high seven assists in a game against Seton Hall on May 19.
Career (Penn): Fourth-year member of the Penn baseball team who has played and started in 110 career games…In the field he has had 311 putouts, 175 assists, 26 errors, and a fielding percentage of .949… He has had 461 plate appearances batting .293 with a .359 on-base percentage and .434 slugging percentage only striking out 76 times… He went (135-461) hitting 22 doubles, two triples, 13 home run, scored 94 runs and had 95 runs batted in… He walked 44 times, got hit by a pitch nine times, hit nine sacrifice flies and four sacrifice bunts, and stole seven bases.
2022 (Penn): Honorable mention All-Ivy (SS)… Started all 48 games at shortstop… Hit .289 with five home runs and 42 RBI (tied for second on the team)… Hit safely in 18 of 21 Ivy League games, including each of the last seven, finishing conference play with a .355 average, a.410 on-base percentage and a .505 slugging percentage… Went 6-for-13 with four RBI and two runs scored in three-game sweep of Wagner (March 18-20)… Hit .500 (8-for-16) with four runs scored and three RBI in Ivy League series win over Columbia (March 26-27)… Had six hits, three home runs, six runs scored, and six RBI in rain-shortened two-game sweep of Harvard (April 9-10), earning conference Player of the Week honors… Went 7-for-14 with five runs scored and four RBI in Ivy League series win over Yale (April 29-30).
2021 (Penn): Season was limited to 14 games due to Ivy League restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic… Started all 14 games at shortstop… Had four multi-hit games… Recorded two game with three RBI… Stole one base… Tied for the team lead in sacrifice flies (2)… Went 2-for-5 with three RBI, one double, one home run and one run scored against La Salle on April 1… Was 2-for-4 with three RBI versus Delaware on April 10… In the final doubleheader of the season at La Salle, he combined to go 5-for-8 with triple and an RBI.Â
2020 (Penn): Started all eight games at first base in a season shortened due to the COVID-19 outbreak… Ranked fourth on the team with nine hits… Hit a home run in the first inning of the season opener against Kennesaw State (2/28)… Led the team with five walks drawn… Fourth on the team with four runs scored… Third on the team with four multi-hit games.
2019 (Penn): Second-Team All-Ivy Selection (UTL)… Started 40 of Penn’s 41 games, playing first base, second base, and left field… Led the team with 44 RBI—most ever by a Penn freshman… Third on the team with 41 runs scored… Posted a .322 batting average with 56 hits… Named Ivy League Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week (April 8) after going 11-for-25 with four doubles, a triple, a home run, a grand slam, 12 RBI, and 10 runs scored… Became the first Penn player to hit for the cycle in over ten years after two doubles, a triple, and a grand slam in Penn’s 21-inning win over Dartmouth (April 6)… Set the NCAA record for at-bats in a game (12) in the 21-inning game against Dartmouth (April 6)… Hit a home run in four consecutive games (Winthrop, March 10-Fairleigh Dickinson, March 16), including a grand slam in back-to-back games against Lafayette (March 12) and Fairleigh Dickinson (March 16)… tied for first on the team with 12 multi-RBI games.

Toms River High School North: Played baseball during his scholastic career earning the title of captain… Helped team to two straight Ocean County championships and Shore Conference championships (2017-18)… Named Shore Conference player of the year (2018)… NJSIAA Scholar Athlete Award Recipient… High Honor Roll.
Personal: Born 01/10/00 in Toms River, NJ.… Son of Rich and Michelle Larsen… Has two siblings, Ryan and Taryn… His father played baseball at CW Post (now LIU) and his brother played baseball at the Stevens Institute of Technology… Plans to get his Master’s in Finance.
