Collegiate Career: Pitched for the Wildcats from 2018-21 after redshirting his freshman campaign at Connecticut in 2017 … Powerful left-handed pitcher who had a knack for missing bats with a wipeout slider coupled with above-average velocity on his fastball … Made 31 career appearances for the Wildcats and averaged 9.9 strikeouts per nine innings while holding opponents to a .241 batting average and .290 slugging percentage … Faced 199 batters without giving up a home run … Developed into a professional prospect during his Villanova career … In his 31 appearances (three starts) he amassed 38 1/3 innings and went 3-2 with a 5.63 ERA … Allowed 35 hits and 33 runs (24 earned) while walking 43 and striking out 42 … Gave up just seven extra-base hits in 145 official at-bats against him … Four-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and five-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2021: Made eight relief appearances on the year and went 2-0 while working nine innings on the mound … Allowed eight hits and seven earned runs while walking 12 and striking out eight … Held opponents to a .250 batting average and a .313 slugging percentage against him … Matched a season high with two scoreless innings pitched and four strikeouts to earn the win in an 8-7 decision over Saint Joseph’s on April 1 … Was the winning pitcher in his first outing of the year against Delaware on March 14 when he logged two innings and had three strikeouts in an 11-10 victory … Villanova won each of the first four games he appeared in … Had four straight scoreless outings from March 21-April 11 during which he gave up two hits and struck out three over 4 1/3 innings pitched.
 
2020: Did not appear in any games due to an injury prior to the season being halted.
 
2019: Ranked third on the pitching staff with 23 appearances, all but three of which came out of the bullpen … Went 1-2 with a 5.22 ERA over 29 1/3 innings pitched … Had 34 strikeouts while giving up only 27 hits, averaging 10.4 strikeouts per nine inning and holding opponents to a .239 batting average against him … Did not allow a home run to the 154 batters he faced … Charged with 26 runs (17 earned) while walking 31 … Worked two innings or more eight times during the season … His longest relief stint was against Chicago State when he worked 3 1/3 innings and had a season-high six strikeouts … Pitched two-thirds of an inning against Northeastern and was the winning pitcher in a 5-2 victory … Pitched two scoreless innings and did not allow a hit in consecutive outings against La Salle and Saint Joseph’s … Started against Lafayette and had five strikeouts while allowing just one hit over three scoreless innings … Pitched two scoreless innings against Creighton in his final appearance of the season.

John F. Kennedy High School: Earned a total of seven varsity letters during his scholastic career, including three each in baseball and basketball, and one in soccer ... Pitched and played the outfield for the baseball team ... Earned all-county honors as a sophomore and a senior, and was his team's MVP each of those seasons ... Batted .410 as a sophomore ... Had ERAs of 0.52 his sophomore year and 0.48 his senior year ... Recorded 123 strikeouts in 66 1/3 innings as a senior ...
