Villanova Career: Became a consistent pitcher in his one season with the team, appearing in 24 games with one start … Pitched 33 innings with an 0-1 record and a 5.18 ERA … Member of the 2023-24 BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll twice.

Willowbrook High School: Earned three varsity letters for baseball … West Suburban Pitcher of the year and All Area team in 2019… All Conference Team in 2018.

2024: Appeared in 24 games with one game started ... Had a 5.18 ERA in 33.0 innings pitched with a 0-1 record and a save … Faced 148 batters giving up a .248 batting average … Yielded 37 hits, 22 runs (19 earned), 10 walks and struck out 29 … Had a season high four strikeouts in 2.2 innings against Saint John’s on April 5.

Personal: Born 12/27/2000 in Lombard, Illinois … Son of Rob and Brandi Mintz … Has five siblings Taylor, Mia, Mckenna, Andrew, and Brooklyn … Chose Villanova because of the great opportunity to compete in a good conference and grow as a player.
