2023: Appeared in 18 games with 7 starts…Recorded a 3-5 record with a 7.06 ERA in 43.1 innings pitched…Against 164 at bats he held opponents to a .274 batting average and had 53 strikeouts…Yielded 38 runs (34 earned), nine doubles, one triples, eight home runs, and walked 40…His best outing came against Santa Clara where he pitched a season high six innings allowing only four hits, one run, and striking out seven…Recorded three games this season with at least six strikeouts.Â

2022 (UMass-Lowell): Made 18 relief appearances and made two starts on the mound this season… Posted a 6.00 ERA over 21 innings pitched… Went 1-2 and only allowed 14 earned runs throughout the season… Collected 24 strikeouts and only allowed a .244 opposing batting average.
2021 (UMass-Lowell): Made 16 appearances in relief, earning a 1-1 record… In 27.2 innings of action posted a 2.60 ERA and totaled 24 strikeouts… Opposing batting averageof .216 after giving up 22 hits in 126 batters faced, walked 18… Stuckout four batters at UMBC.
2020 (UMass-Lowell): **Season shortened due to COVID-19** Appeared in four games and earned in the start in three… Had a 0-1 record along with a 10.57 ERA… Struck out 13 batters in 7.2 innings… Allowed under three runs in three out of four appearances… Strick out a career-high nine versus Canisius (2.16) … America East Winter/Spring Honor Roll selection.
2019 (UMass-Lowell):Â Made nine appearances with seven starts on the mound ... posted a 1-3 record with a 9.72 ERA ... struck out 25 batters in 33.1 innings ... recorded career-high six strikeouts twice ... allowed two or fewer earned runs in five appearances.Â
Sorth Colonie High School: Played baseball in addition to football and basketball during his scholastic career where he earned three varsity letter and was a two-time captain…2nd team all-state as a senior… 7th team all-state as a junior… Threw 46 innings with 47 strikeouts and a .76 ERA as a senior… 44 innings and 46 strikeouts as a junior… Winner of the John T. Ilacqua Memorial Scholarship
Personal: Born 06/03/00 in Albany, NY.… Son of Mike and Karen Fusco… Has two siblings, Joe and Tony… Choose to come to Villanova because there is plenty of opportunity for growth and development at the school and on baseball team… Plans to get his Master’s in Environmental Science.
