Villanova Career: The graduate transfer made an immediate impact starting 49 of 50 games as an infielder…Finished top five on the team in nine different statistical categories… Fifth in batting average (.212), Fifth in slugging percentage (.313), fifth in walks (18), first in sacrifice flies (2), fourth in hits (38), third in RBIs (24), third in doubles (12), fourth in home runs (2), and second most assists (84)… One of his best games came against Saint Joseph with three hits and six RBIs… BIG EAST All-Academic Team…Two-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2023: Appeared in 50 games and started in 49 of them…Had a .212 batting average (fifth best on team), .313 slugging percentage(fifth best on team), and a .299 on base percentage…Had 38 hits (fourth most on team) on 179 plate appearances recording third most doubles with 12 , two home runs, 18 walks which was fourth most on team,  two sacrifice flies (most on team), and third most RBIs on team with 24…Defensively he recorded 42 putouts, second most assists on team with 84, and a fielding percentage of .955…He recorded a season high six RBIs in a game against Saint Joseph on May 16…Had five assists at Boston College on May 13.

Career (Seton): Fourth-year member of the Seton Hall baseball team who has played in 152 career games with 144 starts…In the field he has had 162 putouts, 291 assists, 12 errors, and a fielding percentage of .974… He has had 493 plate appearances batting .241 with a .317 on-base percentage and .341 slugging percentage only striking out 112 times… He went (119-493) hitting 19 doubles, six triples, six home run, scored 70 runs and had 61 runs batted in… He walked 51 times, got hit by a pitch seven times, hit seven sacrifice flies and 11 sacrifice bunts, and stole three bases.

2022 (Seton Hall): Appeared in 49 games and started 48 of them during the season…Had a .255 batting average and .385 slugging percentage … Yielded a .339 on base percentage… Stepping up to the plate 161 times, he produced 41 hits and 22 runs, hitting seven doubles, one triple, and one home run as well as bringing in 13 RBIs… He was struck out 34 times, hit three sacrifice flies, hit four sacrifice bunts, stole one base, walked 20 times, and was hit by pitch twice… On the defensive end he had 41 putouts and 71 assist and only two errors… Had a .982 fielding percentage… He had six putouts and four assists at Florida Gators on March 12… Scored two runs and stole one base at Butler on May 20.
 
2021 (Seton Hall): Played in 42 games with 38 starts at shortstop ... Hit two home runs with 13 RBI ... Tallied six multi-hit games ... Hit a solo home run at Kent State on March 13 ... Walked twice and went 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored against Fordham on March 31 ... Drove in two runs on a single at Villanova on April 17 ... Posted three consecutive multi-hit games all against St. John's ... Went 3-for-4 in a win vs. Georgetown on May 1 ... BIG EAST All-Academic Team.

2020 (Seton Hall): Played in 12 games, making 11 starts ... Only made two errors in 43 chances and finished with a .953 fielding percentage ... Helped turn five double plays, including four in a single game against USC on Feb. 29 ... Registered a base hit and scored a run vs. No. 18 Wake Forest on Feb. 14 ... Went 2-for-4 with an RBI single against Liberty on Feb. 21 ... Had an RBI double and scored two runs against Fairleigh Dickinson on March 11.

2019 (Seton Hall):  Appeared in 48 games, making 46 starts... Starting shortstop... Batted .280 with three home runs and 33 RBIs... Ranked third on the team with a .421 slugging percentage... Had six doubles and four triples, which tied for third in the BIG EAST... Committed only four errors in 178 chances at shortstop... Ranked second on the team with 10 multi-RBI games... Tied for fourth on the team with 13 multi-hit games... Went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and a team-best three RBIs vs. Creighton in the BIG EAST Championship in May 23... Belted a two-run home run at St. John’s on May 17... Went 2-for-4 with a run scored vs. Georgetown in game two of a doubleheader on May 11... Went 3-for-4 with a run scored and two RBIs in game one of a doubleheader vs. Georgetown on May 11... Reached base three times, going 1-for-3 with a double, two walks, a run scored and two RBIs at Xavier on May 4... Went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and an RBI at Xavier on May 3... Hillsborough High School: Played baseball as a shortstop and catcher during his scholastic career earning four varsity letters… Switch-hitter… Team captain his senior year... Won team's Gold Glove as both a junior and senior while starting at shortstop... Played for Team North Atlantic in USA Baseball his freshman year... Played for Gallagher Team Mizuno... Dean's List member seven times... Recipient of the Hillsborough High School Diamond Club Senior Scholarship.

Personal: Born 12/27/99 in Hillsborough, NJ.… Son of Steve and Lisa Grober… Has one sibling, Taryn… His father played football at West Virginia WVU and his sister played softball as an infielder at Saint Joseph’s University… Plans to get his Master’s in Criminal Justice.
