Career: Comes off a strong junior season and will begin the 2022 campaign as one of Villanova’s top returners … Has played in 46 career games and has started all 32 contests that the Wildcats have played in over the last two seasons … Career totals include seven goals, seven assists and 21 points … Has attempted 32 shots and placed 24 shots on goal in her first three collegiate seasons … One of two Villanova student-athletes along with teammate Shannon Drakeley who have been three-time NFHCA Scholars of Distinction for having a cumulative GPA of 3.9 or higher … Three-time selection to both the NFHCA National Academic Squad and the BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Has earned a spot in the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll all six semesters of her collegiate career.

2021: Breakthrough player for the Wildcats who ranked second on the team with seven assists, tied for third with 19 points and was fourth on the squad with six goals scored … One of four Villanova players in the last five seasons (2017-21) to have at least five goals and five assists in a season … Started all 18 games and recorded at least one point in nine of them … Had a career-high three assists to go along with a goal scored in a 5-3 win over Providence in the first BIG EAST game of the year … Notched her first career five-point game and recorded only the 25^th game in school history in which a player had three or more assists … In addition to the Providence game also scored goals in wins over Lehigh and La Salle … Had a goal and an assist in the La Salle win … Attempted a season-high four shots and scored a goal at Holy Cross … Took 22 shots on the year and placed 17 shots on goal.

2020*: Appeared in all 14 games at forward for the Villanova offense and earned six starts during the year … Scored her first collegiate goal against Temple on March 7 when she tied the game in the third quarter of a game the Wildcats went on to win 2-1 in overtime … Registered nine shots, including six shots on goal, for the year … Three of her six starts came in Villanova victories, including the Temple game as well as against Quinnipiac on March 14 and La Salle on March 29 … Her other starts were at Liberty on February 21, at Old Dominion on February 27 and versus Drexel on March 27.
 
* The 2020 season was contested during Spring 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019: Played 14 games as a freshman … Had a shot on goal at Penn State … Appeared in six of the Wildcats seven victories on the year.
 
Club Field Hockey: Played for the Saint Peters club team in 2017.
 
Collegiate Girls’ High School: Earned first team honors playing field hockey and was the winner of an award for her combined performance in field hockey and academically.
 
Personal: Younger of two children of Anthony and Lorna van Goeverden … Has an older brother, Brody … Enjoys running, surfing and spending time with friends in her spare time … Chose to attend Villanova for its high ranking and the combination of strong academic and athletic programs which made the university feel like the right fit … Comprehensive Science major.
