Career: Veteran member of the Villanova defense who has played in 50 games with 48 starts during her career … Owns seven career defensive saves, including three in each of her final two seasons … Three-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and four-time selection to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2021: Played in all 18 games for the Wildcats, making 17 starts ... Recorded three defensive saves on the season, tied-3rd in the BIG EAST ... Lone shot was against Lafayette on 8/29. 
 
2020*: Started all 14 games on defense … Helped the Wildcats tally their first shutout since the 2017 season in a 5-0 win over Quinnipiac on March 14 … Recorded the fourth defensive save of her career against eventual BIG EAST champion Connecticut on April 3.
 
* The 2020 season was contested during Spring 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019: Started all 17 games on the Wildcats back line … Recorded three defensive saves on the year, with those tallies coming against Liberty, La Salle and Temple.
 
2018: Made her collegiate debut in a 7-3 win over Lehigh.
 
Club Field Hockey: Played for New Heights Field Hockey Club and was part of a team which won a gold medal at the national championships in 2016 as well as a silver medal in 2017.
 
West Essex High School: Played for the field hockey and lacrosse teams during her scholastic career and was a team captain for both squads … As a senior earned third team all-state honors to go along with first team all-group and first team SEC Conference accolades … Earned second team all-conference and All-Essex County honors as a junior, and was a first team all-county selection as a sophomore … Helped lead her team to four consecutive conference and county titles … Competed in the Essex Union All-Star Game as a senior.
 
Personal: One of three daughters of Rich and Stacy Aschenbach … Has two sisters, Kaysee and Halle … Enjoys going to the beach and spending time with friends … Chose to attend Villanova for its balance between great academic and athletic programs, as well as the strong sense of school pride on campus … Psychology major.
