Career: The team’s main penalty corner inserter is tied for third in school history for career assists per game (0.42) and ranks eighth in total assists (28) … Notched a game-winning goal in her first collegiate game as a rookie … Has 67 games played with 63 starts … Career totals tally to 10 goals, 76 shots (39 on goal), three game-winning goals and 48 points … Three-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Member of the 2023 NFHCA National Academic Squad … Landed on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll five times.
 
2024: Started all 17 games as a midfielder and as the Wildcats’ primary inserter … Scored four goals on the season, tied for fourth-most among Villanova players … Posted a career- and team-best 10 assists, tied for 15th most in a single season on the Main Line … Recorded three multi-assist games, tied for sixth most in a single season … Had two assists vs. Mercyhurst (Sept. 9), at Penn (Oct. 6) and vs. Temple (Oct. 25) … Tied for 12th in the nation with 0.59 assists per game … Recorded a point in five straight games (Sept. 1-Sept. 16), including a four-point performance vs. Mercyhurst (one goal, two assists) … Played a season-high 54 minutes vs. Drexel (Sept. 6).
 
2023: Started all 18 games in the Wildcat midfield and was one of the top corner inserters in the nation… Scored three goals on the year and was third on the team with nine assists… Tallied 15 points on the season including four in the win over JMU on October 1… Attempted 19 shots with 12 on goal on the year.
 
2022: Played and started in all 17 games on the season … Her season totals included one goal, five assists and seven points … Attempted 11 shots and had five shots on goal … Scored a goal in the overtime 3-2 victory over Temple on September 23 and her second versus Georgetown in the 5-1 win on October 28 … Had a season high of five shots versus La Salle on September 25.
 
2021: Saw playing time in 15 games with 11 starts as a freshman … Her season totals included one goal, five assists and seven points … Attempted 11 shots and had five shots on goal … Started the season opener against Lehigh and recorded the game-winning goal along with an assist in her collegiate debut … Recorded two shots in a game on three occasions … Midway through the season delivered assists in consecutive wins against Providence and La Salle.
 
Club Field Hockey: Played for the Xcalibur field hockey club for two years and previously for three years with Horizon field hockey … Won a U16 JPOL championship with Xcalibur and is competing for a national championship with Xcalibur during the 2021 summer season.
 
Kennett High School: Earned four varsity letters in both field hockey and lacrosse as a midfielder, as well as one in swimming in the 50 yard freestyle along with playing one year of basketball … High school teammate of current Villanova junior Claire Borman … Earned first team all-area honors in field hockey her sophomore through senior seasons … Led the team in goals scored her junior and senior years … Winner of the Kennett Boosters Excellence Award for both lacrosse and field hockey … First team all-area lacrosse performer as a senior … Presented with her school’s Dr. Reynolds Award which is given to the most outstanding female athlete … Named the MVP of both the field hockey and lacrosse teams as a senior … Scored 91 career goals in lacrosse, including 38 tallies in eight games as a senior … Was the leading scorer for the junior varsity girls basketball team as a freshman … Two-year inductee to the National Honor Society as a junior and a senior.
 
Personal: Born 2/4/03 in Newark, Del. … One of three children of Chrissy and Pete Schwarz … Has two siblings, Peter (21) and Margo (13) … Father played soccer at Drexel and mother played both field hockey and two years of lacrosse at Boston College … Grandfather, George Buckland is a Villanova graduate ... Enjoys working out, spending time with friends and going to the beach in her spare time … Helped coach youth field hockey on the rec and club level throughout high school ... Has an interest in exercise science and the fundamentals of strength training … Chose to attend Villanova for its great team atmosphere and the academic opportunities it offers … Loved the school’s energy which made her excited to enroll for four years … Has yet to declare a major.
