2023: Appeared in 16 games, starting the last 13 for the Wildcat back line… Quickly proved herself as one of the top freshman in the nation… Scored three goals on the season including a two goal performance against Providence in the last regular season game… Tallied three assists for nine points on the season… Recorded 17 shots with six being on goal and racked up three defensive saves on the season.

Villa Maria College: Competed on the field hockey and water polo teams during her scholastic career … Field hockey co-captain for the first XI team … Helped lead her team to the National Federation Cup tournament in 2022 … Played for teams which finished first in the Mercy Cup in Christchurch each year from 2019-21 … Winner of her school’s Sporting Diligence Award in 2019 and the Sporting Silver Award in 2021 … Represented the Villa Maria Senior A team in water polo and was awarded the Taffs Dedication Cup in 2021.

Club Field Hockey: Selected to the New Zealand U18 Junior black sticks super camp in October 2022 … In 2022 was the co-captain of the U18 A Canterbury team and played for the Avon Premier women’s team … Has been a member of the Division One team of Marist Hockey Club since 2020 … Helped lead the U18 A Canterbury team to a New Zealand nationals championship and was the winner of the Coach’s Tournament MVP award … Previously played for teams that won a national U13 A tournament in (2017) while finishing third at both the U15 A national tournament (2019) and the U18 A tournament (2021) … Her teams at Marist Hockey Club finished third in Division 1 in 2021 and fifth in 2020 … She was named Marist’s Division 1 MVP in 2020 and the Division 1 best player in 2021.

Personal: Born 8/6/04 in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand … One of three children of Sean Lysaght and Wanda McMillan … Siblings are Ruby (20) and Lily (17) … Enjoys waterskiing and skiing in her spare time … Noted that she felt grateful to attend Villanova for its prominent values and the empowerment of being a Wildcat with the opportunity to be a Villanova student and a part of the field hockey program … Enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
