Her 73 saves was 4th best in the BIG EAST ... Recorded eight saves twice on the season, against Monmouth (9/10) and Temple (9/24) ... Had seven saves against Wagner on 10/17 to lead the team to victory.Â
2020*: Saw action in 11 games with six starts in goal … Each of her last six games played were starts … Earned the decision in each of the Wildcats four wins on the season and finished the year with a 4-4 record … Logged 477:47 in goal and made 38 saves while allowing 21 goals … Compiled a .644 save percentage and a 3.08 goals-against average … Recorded a shutout with five saves in a 5-0 win over Quinnipiac on March 14 … The game represented the first shutout for the Villanova defense since 2017 … Made five or more saves on four occasions, including a season-high six stops while playing only the second half against Liberty in the second game of the season on February 21 … Came on in the second half and recorded two saves without allowing a goal in a 2-1 overtime win against Temple on March 7 … Played the entire game and made one save in a 3-2 win over Quinnipiac on March 13 … Had three saves in a 4-1 victory over La Salle on March 29 … Recorded five saves in back-to-back games against eventual BIG EAST runner-up Old Dominion.

2019: Played in 13 games with 12 starts on the year … Started each of the first 12 games of the season and logged a total of 607:08 in goal in her 13 appearances … Compiled a 3.46 goals-against average and a .588 save percentage … Had 50 saves and allowed 35 goals while posting a 3-6 record … Reached her season high of nine saves in consecutive games against Penn State and Providence … Made seven saves in a 3-2 win at Penn in the first road game of the season … Also earned wins over Sacred Heart and Wagner … Named to the weekly BIG EAST Honor Roll on September 16 after totaling 10 saves in the back-to-back wins over Wagner and Penn … Started four of the Wildcats seven BIG EAST games and had a 3.45 goals-against average while making 20 saves and allowing 12 goals in 208:34.

2018: Played the second half of the regular season game against Connecticut, allowing one goal and making one save while facing eight shots total in her collegiate debut.

Club Field Hockey: Competed for the New Heights Field Hockey Club from 2014-18 … Part of teams that won a gold medal in 2015 at the indoor national championships and a silver medal in 2017 at the National Club Championships.

Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child: Earned three varsity letters in field hockey and was a team captain … Two-time all-state honoree, including first team accolades as a senior and third team acclaim as a sophomore … Also a two-time All-Non Public and all-county selection … Tallied 328 career saves … Helped lead her team to an undefeated season along with conference, county and state titles her senior year … Team was a two-time state champion, three-time Union County champion and three-time Union-Essex Conference champion … Came from the same high school program that produced former Villanova field hockey athlete Allison Sayia … High school teammate of Villanova classmate Bella Brosie … Achieved Second Honors academically and was inducted to the Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Younger of two daughters of Peter and Claudia McGinley … Chose to attend Villanova because it was a place where she felt comfortable but knew she would still be challenged to grow intellectually and as a person … Noted the values that both the university and the field hockey program stand for in choosing Villanova as the right fit … Communication major.
