Career: One of the veterans of the Villanova roster in 2021 … Appeared in 52 games over her career, starting the last 32 in a row … Career totals include four goals, seven assists and 15 points … Has taken 39 shots with 21 shots on goal (.538 shot-on-goal percentage) … Three-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and five-time selection to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
 
2021: Appeared in and started all 18 games for Villanova ... Was a crucial veteran presence at the midfield position ... Totaled five points on the season, with one goal and three assists ... Goal came against Wagner (10/17) in a 3-2 victory ... Had assists against Lehigh (8/27), Bucknell (9/3) and Wagner, all victories. 

2020*: Started all 14 games in the midfield and tied for second on the team with four assists … Recorded eight shots, including four shots on goal … Took five penalty corners … In a 3-2 win over Quinnipiac on March 13 tallied a career-high three shots and assisted on the eventual game-winning goal off a penalty corner with 6:34 to play in the contest … Also had an assist in a 4-1 win over La Salle on March 29 … Registered assists in contests against Liberty and Drexel.

2019: Played in all 17 games with three starts on the year … Scored two goals and totaled four points while taking 10 shots, including six shots on goal … Scored her first goal of the season against Rider … Forced overtime in an eventual 3-2 victory over Bucknell with a game-tying goal that came with 5:29 left in the fourth quarter … Had a season-high two shots on three occasions during the season, including a pair of shots on goal in the Bucknell contest … Took one corner against Quinnipiac … Earned starts at midfield against Providence, Bucknell and Quinnipiac.
 
2018: Appeared in three games as a freshman … Saw time in victories against Lehigh and Georgetown as well as at Connecticut … Scored her first collegiate goal in the win over Lehigh … Had a shot in the Georgetown game.
 
Club Field Hockey: Competed for the Horizon Field Hockey Club for four years … Her team was crowned the 2016 U19 champions at the National Field Hockey Festival and earned silver medals at the indoor national championships in 2014 and 2016.
 
Strath Haven High School: Three-time MVP and two-year team captain of the field hockey squad … Earned first team All-Central accolades three straight years from her sophomore through senior seasons … Earned honorable mention All-Delco honors as a sophomore and a junior … Tallied 17 goals and 14 assists for 48 points as a senior and appeared in the Philafieldhockey.com Senior All-Star Game … Winner of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame Delaware County Chapter Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior … Named to the Academic Honor Roll all four years … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: One of two children of Tom Capalbo and Susan Leight … Has one sibling, Sam … Hobbies include hiking, biking, rock climbing and baking … Chose to attend Villanova for the great team atmosphere in the field hockey program, the school’s academic excellence and the broad connections Villanova has outside the university … Biochemistry major.
