Career: Veteran of 61 career games with 45 starts as part of the Wildcats defensive unit … Named team captain her senior and fifth years … Started every as a captain in both seasons … Started 10 games as a true freshman during the 2019 season … Contributor on the back line with one career defensive save and one registered shot and shot on goal …Three-time NFHCA Scholars of Distinction for having a cumulative GPA of 3.9 or higher … Four-time selection to both the NFHCA National Academic Squad and the BIG EAST All-Academic Team … Member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll all seven semesters of her collegiate career.
 
2023: Started all 18 games during her final collegiate season. Did not record a stat but greatly contributed to the success of the Villanova defense that recorded one shutout and allowed one goal in three games.
 
2022: Started all 17 games this season as a captain on the Wildcats back line … Earned her first ever defensive saves on the season …  Registered one shot on the season and one shot on goal on the year.
2021: Appeared in eight games during the season as a reserve on the Wildcats back line … Saw time in victories over Providence, La Salle and Wagner during the year.
 
2020*: Made her only two appearances of the season against eventual BIG EAST champion Connecticut on April 3-4.
 
* The 2020 season was contested during Spring 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019: Played in 16 games with 10 starts during her freshman campaign … Earned her first collegiate start against Rider and went on to start each of the next nine contests after the Rider game … The stretch included starts in three consecutive wins over Bucknell, Quinnipiac and La Salle.
 
Club Field Hockey: Won a National Indoor Tournament gold medal.
 
Bayard Rustin High School: Earned four varsity letters in field hockey … Three-time Ches-Mont American Division All-Conference selection, including earning first team honors as a junior … Previously was a second team pick as a sophomore and an honorable mention choice as a freshman … Named her team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman … Earned a Philafieldhockey.com Student-Athlete of the Week award as a sophomore … Team captain as a junior and a senior … Selected to play in the Senior All-Star Game.
 
Personal: One of two children of John and Lisa Drakeley … Has an older brother, Conor … Enjoys baking, skiing and traveling in her spare time … Chose to attend Villanova for its rigorous academics and competitive field hockey program … Noted the beauty of the campus and its location close to home … Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences
