Maggie Flynn serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Villanova University, a position she has held since 2026. In this role, she provides comprehensive healthcare services and athletic training support for the Wildcats' Field Hockey and Rowing programs.

Prior to joining Villanova, Flynn worked as an Athletic Trainer with RWJ Barnabas Health (RWJBH) in the Matthew J. Morahan Center from 2024 to 2026. During her time there, she provided care for elite athletes and teams, including the New Jersey Devils, NJ/NY Gotham FC, and the New York Red Bulls. She also served as a Surgical Clinical Athletic Trainer for Rothman Orthopedics, gaining valuable experience in orthopedic and post-surgical patient care.

While at RWJBH, Flynn contributed to innovative concussion research focused on the use of virtual reality technology to improve the diagnosis and recognition of concussions in youth athletes.

Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Duquesne University in 2022, where she was a member of the university's Division-I Women's Lacrosse program. She completed additional sports medicine coursework during her fifth year at the University of Oregon in 2023 where she was also a member of the Ducks’ Women’s Lacrosse program.

Her professional interests include collegiate concussion management and advancing collaboration between strength and conditioning professionals and athletic trainers to optimize student-athlete health and performance.

Originally from Malvern, Pennsylvania, Flynn currently resides in Philadelphia. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time at the beach, running, and supporting Philadelphia's professional sports teams.
