Villanova Univeristy Athletics

Four-year member of the Villanova distance group from 2015-19 ... Competed at every distance on the track from 800 meters through 5000 meters, as well as in cross country ... Ran in the BIG EAST Championships in 2017 and 2018 both indoors and outdoors ... Comprehensive Sciences major who was a two-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and a four-time member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
 

2018: Main Line Invitational (9/14): Competed in the first race of the season and registered a time of 21:46.4 in the four-mile race.

2017: Competed at each of the first two meets of the season; Main Line Invitational (9/15): Came in 29th in the season opener and covered the four-mile course at Haverford in 21:01.5; Paul Short Run (9/29): Ran as part of the Villanova lineup in the gold race and recorded a time of 26:18.8 on the 8000 meter Lehigh course.

2016: Ran three races during the season; Big 5 Invitational (9/9): Opened the season by posting a time of 20:45.3 over 6000 meters; Main Line Invitational (9/16): Recorded a time of 21:22.6 over four miles at Haverford; Haverford Invitational (10/21): Came in 15th at the meet and registered a time of 21:33.8 on the four-mile course.

2015: Competed in two races during the season as an unattached runner; Main Line Invitational (9/18): Recorded a time of 22:01 over four miles on the Haverford course; Haverford Invitational (10/23): Came in sixth in the meet with a time of 20:22.9 ... That marked his fastest career time on a four-mile cross country course.

2018: Competed at five meets during the season and ran in the Mile at the BIG EAST Championships; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Recorded a 21st place finish in the 3000 meters and crossed the finish line in a personal best time of 8:58.66; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Competed in the Mile and recorded a time of 4:34.93; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Placed 19th in the Mile at the Wildcats home meet with a time of 4:25.39; FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Ran in the 800 meters and posted a time of 2:02.88; BIG EAST Championships (2/23): Recorded a personal best Mile time of 4:22.62 and finished 15th in the preliminary heats at the conference meet.

2017: Raced at six meets during the indoor campaign and competed in the Mile at the BIG EAST Championships; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Posted a time of 4:25.79 in the Mile in his first race of the season; Gotham Cup (1/20): Recorded a time of 2:39.60 in the 1000 meters; Villanova Open (1/27): Came in sixth in the 1000 meters and tallied a personal best time of 2:35.11; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Recorded a time of 4:26.69 and placed 15th in the Mile at the Wildcats second home meet; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Finished with a time of 4:30.88 in the Mile; BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Registered a time of 4:28.91 and came in 14th overall in the preliminary heats of the Mile in his first career conference meet.

2016: Competed as an unattached runner in the Mile three times during the season; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Posted a time of 4:28.23 in his first race of the year; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Came in 28th with a season-best time of 4:25.45; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Tallied a time of 4:31.10 and finished in 24th place at the meet.

2018: Ran three races during the season and competed in the 1500 meters at the BIG EAST Championships; Colonial Relays (4/6): Established a personal best time of 15:43.67 in the 5000 meters to open the outdoor season; Kehoe Invitational (5/4): Came in 14th in the 1500 meters with a personal best time of 4:06.13; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Recorded a time of 4:09.97 in the preliminary heats of the 1500 meters at the conference meet.

2017: Ran two races each in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters during the year; Colonial Relays (3/31): Tallied a personal best time of 2:02.11 in the 800 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/7): Came in 33rd in the invitational section of the 1500 meters with a time of 4:12.21; Haverford Invitational (4/26): Came in eighth in the 1500 meters with a season-best time of 4:11.67; BIG EAST Championships (5/12): Recorded a time of 2:05.79 in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters.

2016: Haverford Mid-Week Meet (4/26): Competed as an unattached runner in the 800 meters and recorded a time of 2:08.33.

Xavier High School: Earned four varsity letters in both indoor and outdoor track & field, as well as three in cross country ... Earned Co-Freshman Indoor MVP honors in 2012 and was the Junior Varsity Cross Country MVP that year ... Garnered awards for competing in all three seasons every year of high school and another award as a senior for having competed in all 12 seasons across his four years ... Achieved First Honors status academically.
