Dynamic talent who is one of the nation's top runners ... Eight-time All-American during his collegiate career to go along with seven BIG EAST titles and a dozen All-BIG EAST honors ... His All-America performances at the NCAA Championships include consecutive top-three finishes in the 5000 meters: third place outdoors in 2025 and runner-up indoors in 2026 ... Came in third in the 3000 meters at the 2026 indoor meet and became the third Villanovan ever along with legends Ron Delany and Marty Liquori to finish top three in two events in the same year ... He placed sixth in the 5K and seventh in the 3K at the 2025 indoor meet, and has five top-eight finishes overall at the national level ... Also has a 15th place individual finish in cross country from the 2024 season ... During the 2024-25 campaign he became the ninth men's athlete in school history to be an All-American in cross country, indoors and outdoors in the same academic year ... Ranks No. 2 in collegiate and Villanova history with a PR of 3:32.79 in the 1500 meters set in California in May 2026 ... School record holder in the 3000 meters (7:34.00) and the 5000 meters (13:05.21) ... Also has anchored a school record distance medley relay with a split of 3:50.75 towards a record of 9:16.10 ... Ran the third leg of the 4xMile relay in 2024 as Villanova won a Championship of America title at the Penn Relays with the No. 2 time in world history (15:51.91) ... On March 27, 2025, he and teammate Liam Murphy each broke the standing NCAA record in the 1500 meters: Murphy at 3:33.02 and Langon at 3:33.38 ... Won three straight BIG EAST 5000 meter titles at the 2024 outdoor, 2025 indoor and 2025 outdoor meets ... His time outdoors in 2025 set a meet record of 13:27.21 ... Owns five of the eight fastest times in school history in both the 3K and the 5K, as well as two of the four fastest in the 1500 meters and two of the 12 fastest in the mile ... Has national and international experience gained in competition in the U20 races at both the USATF Cross Country Championships and the World Athletics Cross Country Championships in 2023 ... Bridgewater-Raritan High School: Was a member of the track & field and cross country teams during his scholastic career … As a senior was the individual champion at the New Jersey Meet of Champions in cross country where he had a margin of victory of seven seconds … Went on to be a first team All-American at the Foot Locker Cross Country Nationals ... Three-time first team all-state performer in cross country ... Set the indoor 3200 meter state record (8:48.28) ... His high school mile time of 4:04 ranked third all-time in Holmdel … Was the New Jersey Meet of Champions winner in the 3200 meters indoors … Came in second at the Foot Locker Regionals in the Mile … Earned All-America honors at the indoor New Balance Nationals … As a senior was New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year in cross country and the NJ.com Player of the Year in cross country and track & field … Also competed on the lacrosse team ...
