In his first year with the Wildcats was a second team All-BIG EAST and a Mid-Atlantic All-Region performer in cross country ... Scoring runner for the Wildcats in all five of his starts, including at the BIG EAST Championships, the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional and the NCAA Championships ... Competed at the BIG EAST Championships on the track in the 5000 meters both indoors and outdoors ... At Haverford he was a cross country All-American to go along with being a USTFCCCA Metro Region Athlete of the Year … Was a 15-time all-region performer and a three-time Centennial Conference champion spanning the cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons ...
