Made his Villanova debut in 2023-24 and competed at the BIG EAST Championships across all three seasons in cross country, indoors and outdoors ... Earned second team All-BIG EAST honors in cross country and was a scoring runner for the Wildcats in three of his four starts ... BIG EAST champion indoors running the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay ... Recorded a personal best time of 13:53.61 in the 5000 meters to open the 2024 outdoor campaign ... Came to the Wildcats after completing his undergraduate career at Cal Poly ... Was an all-conference distance runner for the Mustangs and graduated as the program’s sixth-ranked runner in the 5000 meters and the seventh-ranked runner in the 1500 meters ... Cal Poly: Competed for the Mustangs cross country and distance teams from 2019-23 … At the time of his graduation was ranked sixth in school history in the 5000 meters and seventh in the 1500 meters … Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary outdoors in the 1500 meters as a senior in 2023 … Earned his first career all-conference honor with a runner-up finish in the 1500 meters at the 2022 outdoor Big West Championships … Placed fifth in the 10000 meters at the 2023 outdoor conference meet … Scoring runner at the Big West Championships in cross country in 2022 to help Cal Poly win the team title at the meet … Named to the Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll academically in 2018-19.
 
Pasadena Poly: Four-sport athlete during his scholastic career … Competed in cross country all four years of high school and for the track & field team his sophomore through senior years … Played basketball as a freshman and a sophomore in addition to volleyball as a freshman … As a senior was the CIF Division 4 champion in the 3200 meters and his school’s Athlete of the Year … Named the Prep League track & field MVP as a senior and was the league’s individual cross country champion as a junior.
