CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

Through the end of the 2020 indoor season is a two-time All-American, an eight-time BIG EAST champion and a 12-time All-BIG EAST performer ... Earned first team All-America accolades as part of the Wildcats distance medley relay squad during the 2017 indoor season and was an honorable mention All-American in the 1500 meters outdoors in 2019 ... Two-time qualifier for the NCAA East Preliminary outdoors in the 1500 meters ... Recorded a personal best time of 4:00.05 in the Mile during the 2020 indoor campaign ... Has been a part of four BIG EAST team titles during his career, including three straight indoor conference crowns (2018-20) and the 2019 outdoor title ... CROSS COUNTRY

2018: Ran in each of the first three races of the season; Main Line Invitational (9/14): Came in 20th overall with a time of 20:18.4 in the season opener ... His time was a personal best for a four-mile cross country race; Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (9/28): Ran in the open race at the Wisconsin meet and registered a time of 25:26.9 over 8000 meters; Princeton Invitational (10/12): Crossed the finish line of the 8000 meter race in 25:41.8.

2017: Competed four times during the season and earned a spot in the team's lineup at the BIG EAST Championships; Main Line Invitational (9/15): Came in 26th at the first meet of the season and covered the four-mile course at Haverford in 20:56.2; Paul Short Run (9/29): His time of 25:26.9 in the gold race at Lehigh was a personal best for an 8000 meter cross country course; Penn State National Open (10/13): Came in 63rd at the meet with a time of 26:43.5 over 5.2 miles; BIG EAST Championships (10/28): Placed 40th at the conference meet with a time of 26:03.5 in the 8000 meter race.

2015: Haverford Invitational (10/23): Competed as an unattached runner and came in 25th with a time of 21:27.9 over four miles.

INDOOR

2020: One of the team's top performers during the year and a key contributor to the Wildcats winning their third straight indoor BIG EAST title ... Was an individual All-BIG EAST performer in the 800 meters and anchored the team's 4x800 meter relay squad which finished first and set a facility record ... Recorded a personal best time in the Mile and was on the cusp of his first career sub-four minute time with a mark of 4:00.05 during the year ... Competed at five meets during the season; Villanova Invitational (2/1): Made his season debut after recovering from an offseason injury and came in ninth in the Mile at the Wildcats home meet with a time of 4:12.04; Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Runner-up in the 800 meters at Penn State with a season best time of 1:50.19; David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/15): Posted a personal best time of 4:00.05 in the Mile in Boston, finishing third in his heat and 11th overall out of more than 350 competitors; Armory College Last Chance (2/21): Individual winner in the Mile with a time of 4:01.23; BIG EAST Championships (3/1-3/2): Was the individual runner-up in the Mile and anchored the 4x800 meter relay to a BIG EAST title ... Helped the Wildcats finish atop the team standings at the conference meet and was responsible for a total of 10.5 team points ... The 4x800 relay squad broke the SPIRE Institute facility record with a winning time of 7:31.34 ... Came in second in the final of the 800 meters in 1:50.27 after ranking fourth overall in the preliminary heats a day earlier when he posted a time of 1:53.32.

2019: Was a BIG EAST champion as part of the Villanova lineup in the 4x800 meter relay ... Also earned All-BIG EAST honors individually in the Mile ... Competed at five meets overall during the year; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 1:53.36 at the indoor season opener ... Was part of a relay team that recorded a first place finish with a time of 9:49.57; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge: Ran the second leg of the 4xMile relay for a Villanova team which came in third in the race with a time of 16:31.60 ... Villanova was the top collegiate team in the race behind two teams of athletes representing professional clubs ... The time is the second-fastest indoors in school history, trailing only a school record time of 16:19.0 which was set in 1976 at Dartmouth; David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/9): Posted a time of 4:02.36 and came in 16th in the Mile in Boston ... Was one of four Wildcats at the meet who crossed the finish line with times below 4:05; JDL DMR Invitational (2/16): Runner-up in the Mile with a time of 4:08.30; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Anchored the 4x800 meter relay squad to a BIG EAST title with a winning time of 7:28.55 ... Earned individual All-BIG EAST honors with a third place finish in the Mile ... Tallied a time of 4:04.35 in the final of the Mile after ranking ninth overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 4:15.72.

2018: Competed at five meets during the indoor campaign ... Was part of a BIG EAST title in the distance medley relay and earned All-BIG EAST honors individually in the Mile; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Came in fifth in the Mile with a time of 4:09.20 in his first race of the year; Columbia Challenge (1/27): Competed in the seeded section of the Mile and came in 15th overall with a season-best time of 4:04.08; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Finished third in the 1000 meters with a personal best time of 2:22.88 at the Wildcats home meet; UCS Invitational (2/16): Anchored the distance medley relay and helped Villanova post a time that would qualify for the NCAA Championships later in the year ... Had a split of 4:03.03 over 1600 meters as Villanova placed third in the race with a time of 9:37.30 ... That mark was converted down to 9:29.56 based on the flat track surface the race was run on; BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Was a key contributor to the Wildcats winning the team title at the conference meet ... Led off the distance medley relay to help Villanova capture the BIG EAST crown in the relay ... Also came in third individually in the Mile ... Had a split of 2:59.12 over 1200 meters on his leg of the DMR and the Wildcats won that race in 9:48.31 ... Came in third in the final of the Mile with a time of 4:10.64 after he was ninth overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 4:14.02 a day earlier.

2017: First team All-American in the distance medley relay ... BIG EAST champion in both the DMR and the 4x800 meter relay ... The season represented a valiant return from an injury sustained in February 2016 which cost him an entire year of competition ... Returned from the injury in late January and had rounded back into top form as one of the Wildcats top performers by the end of the indoor campaign; Villanova Open (1/27): Came in ninth in the Mile with a time of 4:14.41 in his first race since February 12, 2016 due to an injury; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Ran the Mile for the second straight week and cut more than 4.5 seconds off his time to cross the finish line in third place with a time of 4:09.90; UCS Invitational (2/18): Helped the Wildcats qualify for the NCAA Championships in the distance medley relay ... Anchored the race with a split of 4:01.54 over 1600 meters and Villanova came in third in the race with a time of 9:37.90 ... The mark converted down to 9:30.16 based on the flat track surface; BIG EAST Championships (2/24-2/25): Competed individually in the 3000 meters and also helped lead the Wildcats to conference titles in both the distance medley relay and the 4x800 meter relay ... Anchored the distance medley relay on the first day of the BIG EAST meet as Villanova won the race in 10:00.07 ... Ran the second leg of the 4x800 relay the next day, with the Wildcats winning that race in 7:32.73 ... Also came in 12th in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:31.46 in his only individual race of the meet; NCAA Championships (3/9): Ran a personal best split of 4:00.76 over 1600 meters on the anchor leg of the distance medley relay in his first career NCAA Championships race ... Villanova came in eighth in the race with a time of 9:39.38 and earned first team All-America honors.

2016: Competed three times as an unattached runner in the Mile; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Came in third with a time of 4:10.97 in his first race of the indoor season; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Tallied a third place finish at the Wildcats home meet with a time of 4:05.14; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Finished fourth in the Mile with a season-best time of 4:02.16.
 

OUTDOOR

2019: Enjoyed a breakthrough outdoor season and qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 1500 meters ... Earned honorable mention All-America honors and All-BIG EAST accolades in the event ... Ran a leg of the Wildcats conference champion 4x800 meter relay ... Lowered his PR in the 1500 meters in his first race of the season to put himself in good position on the East region descending order list for postseason qualifying ... Notched personal best times in the 800 meters in both an open race and for a relay split ... Raced in six meets during the outdoor campaign; Stanford Invitational (3/29): Competed in the second-fastest section of the 1500 meters and came in third in his section with a personal best time of 3:44.73 ... Lowered his previous top time of 3:45.11 which he had set during the 2017 season; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Tallied a seventh place finish in the 800 meters with a personal best time of 1:49.79; Penn Relays (4/26-4/27): Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay and the third leg of the 4xMile relay for the Wildcats ... Posted a split of 1:50.52 in the DMR as Villanova came in seventh in the race with a time of 9:51.32 ... Had a split of 4:11.6 on the third leg of the 4xMile relay, in which the Wildcats were sixth in 16:47.10; BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Came in third in the 1500 meters individually and ran the third leg of the champion 4x800 meter relay ... Led the field of competitors in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:52.82 in the preliminary heats, then placed third in the final a day later in 3:59.90 ... Villanova won the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:26.69 ... His efforts helped the Wildcats win the BIG EAST team title and finish off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets; NCAA East Preliminary (5/23, 5/25): Advanced through the national first round and quarterfinal heats of the 1500 meters to qualify for the NCAA Championships in an individual event for the first time ... Came in fourth in his first round heat with a time of 3:47.09 to automatically move on to the quarterfinals two days later ... Registered a time of 3:50.04 and placed fifth in his heat to secure the last automatic qualifying spot to nationals; NCAA Championships (6/5): Came in 19th overall in the national semifinal round of the 1500 meters with a time of 3:48.41 in his outdoor NCAA Championships debut. 

2018: Ran in four races during the season and helped the Wildcats win a Championship of America title in the 4xMile relay at the Penn Relays; Colonial Relays (4/6): Came in 12th in the 1500 meters in his first race of the outdoor season ... Recorded a time of 3:49.38; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Placed fifth in the elite section of the 1500 meters with a season-best time of 3:48.18; Penn Relays (4/28): Led off the 4xMile relay with a split of 4:09.0 and Villanova went on to win the race with a time of 16:23.75 ... Was part of a Championship of America title for the first time in his career, and his efforts helped the Wildcats win the 4xMile relay for the first time since 2015 at the world's oldest and largest track & field meet; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Recorded a time of 4:00.89 in the 1500 meters and came in 18th in the preliminary heats at the conference meet.

2017: Won a BIG EAST title in the 1500 meters and also anchored the Wildcats to a conference championship in the 4x800 meter relay ... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary and advanced to the national quarterfinal round of the 1500 meters ... Raced at six different meets during his first collegiate outdoor campaign; Colonial Relays (4/1): Ran the second leg of the 4x1500 meter relay for a Villanova squad that won the race with a winning time of 15:40.36; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Competed in the elite section of the 1500 meters and came in 10th with a personal best time of 3:45.11 ... The time earned him a spot at the NCAA East Preliminary later in the season; Penn Relays (4/28-4/29): Anchored the Wildcats lineup in the distance medley relay and also led off the 4x800 meter relay in Championship of America races ... Posted a split of 4:01.86 over 1600 meters on the final leg of the DMR, in which Villanova came in fifth with a time of 9:34.59 ... Had a split of 1:50.95 on the first leg of the 4x800 relay, with the Wildcats coming in fourth in that race with a time of 7:21.18 ... The two races represented his debut at the Penn Relays; Jim Kehoe Invitational (5/5): Recorded a first place finish in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:47.79 in a tune-up for the upcoming BIG EAST meet; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Individual conference champion in the 1500 meters and also led the Wildcats to a BIG EAST title in the 4x800 meter relay ... Recorded a winning time of 3:52.00 in the final of the 1500 meters after ranking second in the preliminary heats when he posted a time of 3:56.91 ... The final was run in a cold and steady rainstorm, and later in the day he ran a split of 1:52.04 on the anchor leg of the 4x800 relay to help Villanova win the race in 7:37.94; NCAA East Preliminary (5/25, 5/27): Came in fourth overall in the national first round heats of the 1500 meters with a time of 3:47.60 ... Advanced to the national quarterfinal round, where he posted a time of 3:58.63 and finished 23rd overall.
