Michael Burns, a native of Oreland, Pa., joined the Villanova staff as Director of Operations during the 2020-21 academic year.

Burns is the Wildcats Director of Soccer Operations and a former team captain at Trinity College. In May 2020, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity. In addition to his responsibilities with the Wildcats, Burns is a graduate research fellow in the Villanova School of Business.

“Michael is a tremendous asset to the organization of our daily activities,” said Carlin. “We feel extremely fortunate that he was accepted into the fellowship program at VSB. I coached Michael in club soccer when he was in high school and have stayed in contact over the past five years
