Career: Appeared in 48 games and made 35 starts … Tallied 2655 minutes in three seasons...totaled eight points from three goals and two assists … Took 36 shots with 19 of them on goal... earned a .528 shots on goal percentage...had a single game high of two two points against Colgate in 2022 and Marist and Seton Hall in 2023.

2023: Started in all 15 of her appearances on the season for 995 minutes of action … Logged a career-high five points with two goals and an assist … Landed eight of her 15 shots on goal for a .533 shot on goal clip … Had a goal against Marist (8/17) and an assist at Temple (8/27) … BIG EAST: Part of the opening unit in all nine of her conference appearances … Totaled 619 minutes … Scored the game-winning goal against Seton Hall (9/24) for two points … Landed one of her four shots on frame.

2022: Started and played in all 16 games…totaled 1062 minutes on the pitch…scored one goal for a total of two points…had five shots on goal for a .625 shots on goal percentage…had the game-winning goal against Colgate...Had a season high three shots against Colgate… BIG EAST: started and played in all ten games…totaled 650 minutes on the pitch… Played a season high 83 minutes against Seton Hall.

2021:  Appeared in 17 games while making four starts…Totaled 606 minutes on the pitch…Dished out an assist vs. Creighton (10/10)…Took 13 shots and placed six on goal for a .462 shot on goal percentage…BIG EAST: Appeared in 10 games against BIG EAST teams while making three starts…Picked up her first career point vs. Creighton…Took six shots and placed three on goal for a .500 shot on goal percentage

At Saint Joseph's Fried was named to the All-State three times (2017, 18, 19), twice earned All-New England team honors (2018, 19), and was named an All-American in 2019.  That same season she earned Connecticut High School Coaches Association Player of the Year and GameTimeCT All-State Player of the Year.  Fried was FCIAC Championship MVP in 2017 and earned All-FCIAC Conference honors three times (2017, 18, 19).
