Career: All-BIG EAST Third Team selection as a sophomore … Has played in 2903 minutes on the backline, starting in 30 of her 34 appearances.

2025: All-BIG EAST Third Team honoree who earned a Defensive Player of the Week nod during the season as well… Consistent contributor who started in 17 of 18 contests for 1575 minutes of play … Played the full 90 in 14 contests … Helped the defense to nine clean sheets and a .500 shutout percentage … Logged seven shot attempts; BIG EAST: Played in all but 7 seven minutes of the team’s 900 conference minutes … Had a season-best two shot attempts against Creighton (9/24).

2024: Made an impact in her debut season with the defense, opening 13 of her 16 appearances on the pitch for 1329 minutes … 11 matches featured a full 90 minutes on the pitch; BIG EAST Started in all 10 conference games with eight 90-minute showings … Logged an assist in the win at Marquette (10/17).

High School: Palmer earned All-Conference honors as a defender at Cuthbertson High School the last three years while adding All-Region status the last two and All-State as a senior. She has been a member of the Charlotte Soccer Academy since the junior academy. Off the pitch, she was also a decorated member of the varsity track and field team all four years, landing All-Region and All-Conference honors each year with All-State laurels as a sophomore and junior. She is a part of the school’s 4x400 Relay indoor and outdoor record holder. She has also been a two-year member of the National Honor Society.
