2019: Appeared in all 112 sets and 31 matches on the season… Only player to appear in every set… Recorded 528 digs at 4.71 digs/set, both marks good for team-best… 4.71 digs/set was third-best mark in the BIG EAST… Led team in digs in all but two matches… Posted season-high 27 digs against High Point on 8/31… Surpassed 20 digs seven times… Moved into second-place in program history for total digs on 10/25… Named BIG EAST Defensive player of the week on 11/12…
 
2018: Played in all 31 matches…Led the team with 616 digs, the most by a single player since 2012…Her 616 digs is good for fourth most in program history...Averaged 5.36 digs per set…Had a career high 42 digs against Little Rock…Had 12 games with 20 or more digs…Tallied 98 assists, good for second on the team...named all-BIG EAST second team following the season.

2017: Played in 25 matches and 92 sets…had a season high nine assists against Georgia Tech…Committed only one setting error on the season…Had season high 23 digs against Hofstra…Finished second on the team with 313 total digs... Had double digit digs in all but six matches... Finished tied for second on the team with 22 service aces.

2016: Immediately stepped into the libero role and excelled as a first-year player, especially in BIG EAST matches…Her dig/set ration ranks the ninth best single-season mark in program history… Finished fourth overall (highest non-senior) in the BIG EAST digs per set, averaging 4.14 per set…Led the BIG EAST in digs/set in conference matches, averaging 4.88 per set, more than three-time BIG EAST Libero of the Year Tessa Fournier… Three-Time BIG EAST Freshman of the Week (9/26, 11/7, 11/21)… Landed on the BIG EAST Honor Roll once (10/17)… Recorded double-figures in digs in 22 matches, including the final 12 matches  of the season… Reached the 20-dig mark in eight matches… Tallied a season-high 28 digs (4 sets) against Providence (11/18) and topped that performance in the same weekend by registering 32 digs (5 sets) against nationally-ranked and eventual elite eight bound Creighton… Ranked second on the team in both assists (83) and service aces (25)… 

MARTIN LUTHER KING HIGH SCHOOL: Helped the Wolves qualify for the playoffs all four years… Named 2015 Under Armour All-American Honorable Mention… Two-time All-Big VIII First Team selection… Two-time All-Inland Area First Team… Broke the Inland Empire record for digs in a season (662) and digs in a career (1,924)… Earned All-Big VIII Academic Team honors in 2012 and 2014… Earned PrepVolleyballAll-American High Honorable Mention honors as a member of Rancho Valley Volleyball club team… Was a scholar-athlete all four years… Volunteered as an Officer for Peers Always Working Side by Side (P.A.W.S.S.), along with Associated Student Body (A.S.B) and was a Link Crew Leader.

PERSONAL:Born 7/3/98 in Sandpoint, Idaho… Youngest of two children of Robert and Sondra Lough… Has an older brother, Nicholas (23)… Mother was a defensive specialist/setter at Boise State and coached Regan at Martin Luther King High… Father played quarterback for Redlands University… Undecided on a major… Chose to attend Villanova because of its high quality of academics and athletics, along with the support of the campus community.
