Career Stats: Racked up 555 kills throughout her four-year career…Appeared in 252 sets (74 matches)

2021: Played in 61 sets and 20 matches…..Finished fifth on the team with 130 kills including a season-high 13 kills against DePaul on 11/19

2020: Did not appear in any matches in the 2020 season.

2019: Appeared in 94 sets and 28 matches… Finished with 220 kills on .269 hitting… Had season-high 19 kills against Yale on 9/13… 19 kills tied the team-high for the season… Recorded double-digit kills nine times during the year… Led the team in kills three times… Had strong defensive day on 9/1 at TCU, recording season high in both digs (8) and blocks (7)… Named to Trojan Invitational all-tournament team…

2018: Had 205 kills, averaging 2.20 kills per set...Season high 16 kills at Delaware...Had nine matches with 10 or more kills...Named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week on 11/20.

Byron Nelson: She was a four year varsity athlete for volleyball as a right side hitter. She was also a four year varsity athlete for track and field as a high jumper, long jumper, 200m sprinter, 100m sprinter and a relay runner. In 2014, she was her school's Most Improved Player, voted Dallas Morning News Top Freshman and a district honorable mention. In 2015, she was Second Team All-District and a silver medal winner at states for high jump. In 2016, she was a bronze medal winner at states for high jump and First Team All-District. In 2017, she was All-District, All-State, and All-State Tournament team. She also won the state championship for high jump. She holds the records for high jump, long jump, 4x1 and 4x2 at her school. She was a USA track and field member and competed with the Pan Am team. She was an AAU track and field gold medal winner in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and was a silver medal winner in 2010 and 2011.
 

Personal:She will also run track and field at Villanova. Her major is undecided. Daughter of Barbara and Toussaint Barnes. Has one sister, Serenity (3). Her hobbies and interests include reading, running and music. She chose Villanova because of the environment and the people that she will be around. She enjoyed the team as well as the coaches. It allows her to get a fresh start in a place that is completely opposite from home and it will be something completely new.
