VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Villanova men's lacrosse team will participate in two fall events in preparation for the spring season. On Oct. 2nd, the team will host their annual alumni game at 1 p.m. in Villanova Stadium before taking part in the 4th Annual Nick Colleluori Classic on Oct. 9th.

Twenty teams will compete in the Men's Fall Ball tourney that raises money for blood cancer research and awareness and family assistance. The tournament is named after the founder of HEADstrong, Ridley grad Nick Colleluori, who passed away four years ago after a battle against Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma while a student-athlete at Hofstra University.

The tourney is split up into a Division I field (Saturday) and a Division II/III field (Sunday).

In addition to Villanova, St. Joseph's, Lehigh, Hofstra, Towson, Cornell, Mount St. Mary's, Fairfield, Detroit Mercy and Presbyterian will compete in the Division I lineup on Saturday.

Single day general admission to the tournament will be $10.00 for Adults, $5.00 for children 12 and under, and free for children 5 and under. A Two-Day Pass is available for $15.00 for Adults, and $7.00 for Children 12 and under.
