The Villanova men’s lacrosse team alongside Loyola, Bucknell, and Cornell will play in the 2nd annual Bob Kemp Lacrosse Classic. The event will take place on Sunday October 9th at Georgetown Preparatory School’s Fegan-Galvin Field. The event will raise funds for support a full scholarship at the Washington Jesuit Academy in Bob Kemp’s name.

10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Cornell vs. Bucknell
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Loyola vs. Villanova
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Clinic featuring MLL players for all youth in attendance
The Bob Kemp Lacrosse Classic celebrates Bob’s legacy while honoring those with a notable commitment to faith, family, and athletics. Washington Jesuit Academy was founded in 2001 by the Jesuit communities in Washington, D.C. The Academy serves promising students of all beliefs from low-income communities in grades 5-8 – coming from some of the most underserved neighborhoods in the Washington, DC areas. All students who attend Washington Jesuit Academy do so on a full scholarship provided by members of the greater D.C. community.
Admission to the lacrosse classis is free.
