Field Hockey senior Lydia Sydnor has been selected as the September Student Athlete of the Month, presented by Rothman Orthopedics.

The forward from Bryn Mawr, Pa. tallied 8 goals and 4 assists last month, including the Sept. 13 game against Wagner where she scored 4 goals and had 1 assist.

Through 8 games, the communications major has already matched her goal and assist totals from all the 2018 season.

Sydnor has been on the BIG EAST All-Academic Team for the last two seasons.

She was also on Athletic Director's Honor Roll in Spring and Fall 2018
