GILBERT, Ariz. - Senior forward Lydia Sydnor was named to the Mid-Atlantic Second Team for this season's Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-Region teams.

There was only 160 student-athletes chosen from all the Division 1 field hockey programs in the country for this award.

The athletes were separated into five regions - Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Northeast, South and West.

16 athletes were named to each the first and second teams in each region.

Sydnor recorded a team-leading 15 goals and 6 assists this season.

The Bryn Mawr, Pa., native also recorded two defensive saves.
