After a 13-point weekend,
Lydia Sydnor racked up two more weekly awards. Phila Field Hockey announced on Wednesday morning that the senior from Bryn Mawr, Pa., was one of its Offensive Players of the Week.
Sydnor was also selected as one of two players on the NFHCA Division I Honorable Mention awards, out every program in the country.
Behind her four goals and one assist on Friday night, the Wildcats easily put away first-year program Wagner 8-3. Sydnor, who also had two goals and an assist in Villanova's win over the The University of Pennsylvania on Sunday, has helped the Wildcats achieve its best season record to start a season since 2009 at 3-1.
