NEW YORK - Senior captain and midfielder Grainger Rosati was named BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week after her performance on Saturday against Cornell.

She recorded four points in the matchup, netting one goal and three assists. The Boonton Township, New Jersey, native, also won a draw control, had a ground ball and a caused turnover.

Rosati and the Wildcats outshot the Big Red 29-27 and had a 16-9 turnover advantage.

This is the first regular season award for Rosati, who was named to the pre-season All BIG EAST Team. She has three goals, four assists and seven points two games into the season.
