ORLANDO, Fla.- The Wildcats conclude their spring break trip in Florida with a tough 7-0 loss to the Bulldogs.
Beginning the match with doubles, number one and three doubles fell to Butler's teams.
Emi Callahan and
Maggie Gehrig's match was left unfinished with the Bulldogs claiming the first team point of the competition.
Every singles match was dropped by the Wildcats to Bulldogs despite some well fought battles. The best effort of the day came from
Maggie Gehrig who had a close 6-4 first set and was ultimately defeated by her opponent after a 6-2 second set.
The Wildcats return to action on Saturday March 18 to take on Army in West Point, N.Y.
