LEXINGTON, Va.—Villanova improved to 6-0 with a 20-7 win over Gannon on Saturday night. Michael Gordon's team has been stellar on offense and defense so far this season and continued that trend tonight.  

The 'Cats stuffed the stat sheet again recording 15 assists and six steals. Reigning MAAC Rookie of the Week Emmie Mallory led the way with a career high five goals. Ella Mattocks and Ameilia Baca each finished with three goals in the win.  

Abigail Shelby and Sofia Corbett both contributed in goal combining for five saves and two assists. The Wildcats look to cap off another undefeated weekend with two more games tomorrow morning against Toronto at 8:00 a.m. and McKendree at 12:30 p.m.
