POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Senior attacker Stella Byles was named to the MAAC Second Team for her efforts during the 2024 season. Byles led Villanova with 76 goals, the ninth most in a single season in program history while leading the 'Cats to their second most wins in a season.

Byles recorded a point in all 32 games played this season. She poured in a season high seven goals in the win over Mount Saint Mary's on April 6th and scored six goals in multiple games this season.

The Portland native is all over the Villanova record books as her career concludes. She ranks fifth in goals scored, fourth in assists, third in points, and first in shots attempted. Her performance on March 27, 2021, will be remembered forever as she poured in a program record nine goals against VMI.

This is the second All-MAAC selection of Byles' career as she has been named Offensive Player of the Week twice in her career.
