PLYMOUTH – Villanova falls 11-0 in game two of their series at home against Saint John's.
St. John's played a complete game today as they recorded 16 hits and only allowed six. The Wildcats went four innings to start the game without getting a hit. Even as Villanova found themselves starting to get the bats going, they were held scoreless for the game.

- Michael Whooley battled at the plate recording one hit on two at bats with two walks drawn.
- Freshman Jake Francis pitched four innings in relief, allowing only four hits and one run.
How It Happened
- Jimmy Keenen and Blake Mayberry scored after a single by Paul Orbon and two errors by Villanova on the play in the first, 2-0 St. John's.
- Aries Samek scored after Jackson Tucker was walked in the fourth, 3-0.
- Ben Beauchamp doubled to left field, scoring Anthony Brienza and Garrett Scavelli in the fourth, 5-0.
- Two more runs were scored in the fourth, Jackson Tucker scored on a sacrifice fly by Blake Mayberry and an RBI single by Jimmy Keenan scored Beauchamp, 7-0.
- Jackson Tucker doubled to right center in the fifth inning, scoring Garrett Scavelli, 8-0.
- Three more runs were scored by the Red Storm in the eighth inning. Luke Orbon hit a two-RBI single and scored on a sac fly by Paul Orbon, 11-0.
