BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – Villanova Water Polo found itself well-represented on the 2024 Women's All-Academic Awards List from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches with 15 student-athletes recognized.

This is the second-most honorees that Villanova has seen in program history, just shy of 16 who were named at the end of the 2022 season. As a team, Villanova tied for the 12^th best team GPA among varsity teams, sporting a 3.66. All-told, 859 student-athletes earned the distinction this year from the ACWPC with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Honorees were split into three levels: Outstanding (4.0-3.71), Superior (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.2). Villanova had eight earn Outstanding honors, six with Superior and one with Excellent.
