WILMINGTON, Del – The Wildcats took a trip to compete against the Blue Hens of Delaware where they ultimately fell short in a 0-7 loss.
 
Jenna stevens held a strong fight against No.4 scoring 4-6,6-1 but was unable to hold on in the final ending it 10-7. Freshman Olivia Corcoran was also about to put up a fight against No.3, they fought 7-5,3-6,10-3. Facing off against No.1, Sophia Edwards battled hard and scored 7-6,5-4 ending in defeat.
 
The Wildcats went 0-3 in double matches. Edwards paired up with Laruen Monti against No.1 and was overtaken 6-1. Duo of Maggie Gehrig and Corcoran went 6-3 falling to No.2. No.3 took down Stevens and Maddie Hills 6-3.
 
The Wildcats are back on the court as they travel to face Bucknell on Saturday.
