Women's Tennis Reveals 2026 Spring Schedule

VILLANOVA, Pa. – Villanova Women's Tennis has announced its schedule for the 2026 spring season, highlighted by a strong nonconference slate, key BIG EAST matchups, and a balanced mix of home and road competition leading into postseason play.

The Wildcats will open the season with a pair of road matches, beginning on January 18 at Penn State, followed by a trip to Philadelphia to face Penn on January 19.

Villanova will continue its early-season road stretch on January 24, traveling to West Point for an evening matchup against Army before facing Sacred Heart earlier that same day. The Wildcats will then head to DelCastle to take on Delaware on January 30.

February begins with conference action on the road, as Villanova travels to face Seton Hall on February 7 and Lehigh on February 8. The Wildcats will remain on the road for matchups at Bucknell on February 14 and Navy on February 15.

Villanova will return home on February 21, hosting Colgate at the Cherry Hill Racquet Club in its first home match of the season.

Following a brief spring break, the Wildcats will resume play on March 3, hosting North Carolina A&T State and Saginaw Valley State in a doubleheader. Villanova will continue nonconference action with a matchup against St. Bonaventure on March 5.

The 'Cats will open the heart of their home schedule on March 14 with a matchup against Loyola, followed by a road contest at Saint Joseph's on March 18. Villanova returns home on March 22 to host St. John's before welcoming Rider on March 27.

The Wildcats will then travel across Philadelphia to face Temple on March 29, before returning home for a marquee BIG EAST matchup against UConn on April 4. Villanova will close the regular-season road schedule with a trip to Georgetown on April 11, before hosting Haverford on April 12 in the home finale.

Villanova will conclude the season at the BIG EAST Championships from April 15–19, where the Wildcats will compete for the conference title.
