Box Score BALTIMORE, Md. - Villanova women's tennis was taken down by Loyola Md. on Tuesday evening 3-4.

Olivia Corcoran grabbed the first win for the 'Cats in singles competitions, playing in the No.1 spot 1-6,6-4 and sealing the deal in the third set 7-5.

Maggie Gehrig took No.2 to the third set 2-6,6-4, 6-3. Miriam Gondorava brought in the final win, taking down No.4 7-6,6-1.

Duo of Maggie Gehrig and Maddie Hills grabbed the teams only doubles win of the day, going head to head with Assael and Shivkumar, finishing with a score of 6-1.

The Wildcats will have their first match at the Villanova tennis Complex as they host  Saint Jospeh's.
