VILLANOVA, Pa.- Villanova is set to host the Villanova/Delaware Invitational this weekend, bringing together a competitive field of regional programs for three days of tennis action. The invitational will feature teams from Temple, NJIT, Syracuse, and Penn, with match play split between Villanova's West Campus courts and the University of Delaware. The format begins with doubles opening each matchup followed by best-of-three singles.

Action begins Friday afternoon as Villanova welcomes Delaware for the first round of play, while Temple takes on NJIT and Syracuse faces Penn in an early match. Saturday and Sunday will contain plenty of competition at both sites, with Villanova hosting NJIT and Penn on Saturday before closing out the weekend against Temple and Syracuse on Sunday.
