f television network assignments and tip times are set for the 2026-27 BIG EAST Men's Basketball season. Â The top basketball conference in the country again maintains its position as one of the most comprehensively televised conferences in all of college athletics.Â
 For the 2026-27 season, BIG EAST Men's Basketball television partners include national networks FOX Sports (FOX, FS1, FOX One), NBC Sports (NBC, Peacock, NBC Sports Network), TNT Sports (TNT, truTV, HBO Max), and ESPN (ESPN+) providing full coverage on national broadcast, cable, and streaming outlets for more than 200 BIG EAST regular season men's basketball games, including all conference games, plus and all BIG EAST Tournament matchups.

FOX Sports begins its 14th season of partnership with the BIG EAST. Â Serving as the league's lead television partner for the last 13 years, FOX Sports will broadcast more than 60 BIG EAST regular season men's basketball contests, beginning with the first men's basketball game of the 2026-27 season. Â
The Eternal City Tip-Off Classic in Rome on Sunday, Nov. 1 features Villanova against Notre Dame playing the first game of the 2026-27 men's basketball regular season FOX.  The FOX broadcast network will again air the BIG EAST Tournament Friday night semifinal matchups and championship game on Saturday night from Madison Square Garden.  FOX remains the home of the BIG EAST Men's Tournament Final through 2031. All games airing on FOX and FS1 will also stream on FOX One.

NBC Sports and Peacock will air more than 40 men's regular season games during the 2026-27 season. Â For the second consecutive year, Peacock will be the home for Wednesday's first round and Thursday afternoon quarterfinal matchups from the BIG EAST Tournament. Â For the third consecutive year, NBC Sports Network will simulcast games that are also streaming on Peacock.

TNT Sports enters its second season as a BIG EAST broadcast partner and will broadcast 50 regular season men's basketball games - including 30 in BIG EAST play. Â TNT and truTV will again serve as its primary network channels, while HBO Max will stream all TNT productions of BIG EAST basketball.

ESPN also heads into its second full season of a digital media rights partnership this season, with nearly 50 non-conference men's basketball games set to stream live on ESPN+.

FOX
- FOX will air 15 regular season games throughout the 2026-27 season, beginning with college basketball's opening game - the Eternal City Tip-Off in Rome on Sunday, Nov. 1. Â Villanova and Notre Dame will play a doubleheader with their men's and women's basketball teams. Â Head coach Kevin Willard's squad takes on its former conference rival at 9:30 a.m. ET on FOX, while on the women's side, the Wildcats and Irish also face off in Rome. Â Villanova also hosts Michigan in prime time on Saturday, Nov. 21 on FOX, in the second game of a home-and-home series against the 2026 national champions.
- St. John's hosts Arizona in a key home matchup on FOX on Saturday, Dec. 5 at Madison Square Garden. Â A week later - Saturday, Dec. 12 - FOX is the home for three premium non-conference contests, beginning at noon ET with Wisconsin visiting Villanova, followed by a prime time doubleheader with Kansas at UConn at 8 p.m. ET followed by Gonzaga traveling to Creighton at 10 p.m. ET. Â Providence and Syracuse meet on the hardwood for the first time in 13 seasons at noon ET on Saturday, Dec. 19 at TD Garden.
- Later that night on Dec. 19, FOX airs the first of at least seven regular season BIG EAST matchups, as Villanova travels to Creighton at 8 p.m. ET. Â The first of two meetings between UConn and St. John's will be featured on FOX on Friday, Jan. 29. Â A rematch of the 2026 BIG EAST championship game is set to tip at 8 p.m. ET.
- Other notable BIG EAST matchups on FOX in February feature St. John's visiting Villanova on Saturday, Feb. 6 and Creighton at UConn on Sunday, Feb. 7. Â The Huskies appear on FOX three more times in the regular season, with a pair of road games - at Villanova on Sunday, Feb. 14 and at Marquette on Saturday, Feb. 20, before hosting Providence on Saturday, Feb. 27.
- The 2027 BIG EAST Tournament enters its 45th consecutive season at Madison Square Garden. Â Moving to midtown Manhattan in 1983, it ranks as college basketball's longest running conference postseason tournament held at the same venue. FOX is set to begin its coverage of the 2027 BIG EAST Tournament during Thursday night's quarterfinal matchups on FS1. Â FOX will air both Friday night semifinal contests as well as the championship game on Saturday at the World's Most Famous Arena.
FS1
- Nearly 50 games will appear on FS1 throughout the non-conference and BIG EAST schedules in 2026-27. Â
- The action begins with a series of high-profile November neutral-site matchups on FS1, beginning with the Hall of Fame Tip-Off at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, Nov. 7 as head coach Bryan Hodgson - in his inaugural season at Providence - will take on Nebraska .
- On Nov. 22 - Butler and first-year head coach Ronald Nored play Nebraska in Chicago on Sunday afternoon. Â Georgetown and Texas meet in San Diego on FS1 in the opener of the Rady Children's Invitational on Nov. 26-27, taking on Texas on FS1. Â Game two against either UCLA or Saint Mary's will air on FOX.
- Marquette hosts Mississippi State in Milwaukee on Saturday, Dec. 12 on FS1, and a week later, FS1 is set to air the Indy Classic on Dec. 19 as Butler and Georgia Tech face off at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
- The 40-game slate in BIG EAST conference play - including 10 doubleheaders - begins with a pair of pre-holiday duos on FS1. On Tuesday, Dec. 22, Providence travels to Villanova at 6:30 p.m. ET followed by Creighton heading to Xavier at 8:30 p.m. ET. Â The following day, Marquette travels to Butler for a 6 p.m. ET tip, followed by St. John's taking on Seton Hall in Newark at 8 p.m. Â
- A trio of BIG EAST contests close out the 2026 calendar year, with a doubleheader on Wednesday, Dec. 30 - St. John's at Providence and Xavier at Georgetown - before a New Year's Eve matchup with UConn headed to Butler.
- Georgetown will visit Butler on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 18.
- On the final day of the regular season - Saturday, March 6 - Seton Hall travels to Butler at 1:30 p.m. ET and Providence hosts Creighton at 8 p.m. ET.
NBC
- NBC will air two key regular season matchups in BIG EAST play. Â On Sunday, Jan. 3, UConn heads to Omaha to take on Creighton. Â NBC will also air the second of two meetings between Xavier and St. John's on Saturday, Feb. 13. Â Tipoff at MSG is set for 1 p.m.
- The first of its 40 BIG EAST regular season broadcasts on Peacock is set for Monday, Nov. 2, as head coach Dan Hurley's UConn squad opens its season hosting Gardner-Webb at 9 p.m. Â It is the second of two games from Hartford, as the UConn women's team hosts Cornell at 5 p.m.Â
- Peacock is home to several high-profile home non-conference matchups, including Georgetown against Maryland on Saturday, Nov. 7. Â Butler faces Pittsburgh at Hinkle Fieldhouse on Friday, Nov. 13 before Providence takes on Colorado Saturday, Nov. 14. Â The in-state battle between Marquette and Wisconsin airs on Peacock on Saturday, Dec. 5.Â
- The first of eight doubleheaders on Peacock is set for Sunday, Nov. 15 - Marquette and Missouri play at the United Center at 2:30 p.m. ET before St. John's and Syracuse renew their rivalry at MSG at 7 p.m.
- On Saturday, Dec. 12, a pivotal non-conference matchup airs on Peacock as North Carolina visits Georgetown for a noon ET tip, followed by the first BIG EAST contest of the season as Butler travels to Providence at 2 p.m. ET. Â Last year, both regular season matchups between the Bulldogs and Friars were double-overtime affairs.
- A BIG EAST doubleheader featuring Xavier at Marquette and DePaul at St. John's is set for Saturday, Dec. 19. Â Georgetown travels to UConn for a 3 p.m. ET matinee on Wednesday, Dec. 23. Â Marquette heads to Creighton on New Year's Eve, with the tipoff set for 5 p.m. ET.
- Peacock begins its robust January coverage on Sunday, Jan. 3 as Villanova travels to Georgetown. Â Two days later on Tuesday, Jan. 5, Marquette hosts Providence. Â A total of 13 BIG EAST matchups will air on Peacock in January.
- A five-game slate featuring a pair of games on Wednesday, Jan. 6 - Creighton at Seton Hall and Georgetown at St. John's - leads into a trio of games on Saturday, Jan. 9 with Xavier at Providence at 1 p.m. ET, Marquette at Villanova at 5 p.m. ET, and UConn at Seton Hall at 7 p.m.
- UConn travels to Providence on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Â Last year's contest was decided in overtime, as the Huskies erased a 10-point deficit with under five minutes to play to prevail in the extra frame.
- The first of two meetings between Villanova and UConn takes place on Peacock on Wednesday, Feb. 3. Â Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET.
- February features a pair of BIG EAST doubleheaders. Â On Wednesday, Feb. 10, Marquette travels to Providence at 7 p.m. ET while Villanova plays at Seton Hall at 8 p.m. ET. Â The following week, Marquette plays at St. John's and UConn hosts Seton Hall on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
- Peacock's regular season finale in BIG EAST play is set for Saturday, March 6 with Marquette playing at DePaul.
- Peacock will broadcast five games in the 2027 BIG EAST Tournament, including Wednesday's opening round action and the Thursday afternoon quarterfinal matchups.
TNT Sports
- A total of 50 contests will air on the TNT Sports family of networks - TNT and truTV - including 14 doubleheaders.
- TNT is home to three high-profile Friday night matchups in the non-conference. Â A rematch of the 2026 National Championship game - UConn versus Michigan - is set for Friday, Nov. 6 at TD Garden in Boston.
- The following week - Friday, Nov. 13 - TNT will also broadcast the Huskies' home matchup with Ohio State. Â On Friday, Nov. 20, TNT will air Xavier's home matchup against Iowa.
- December starts with three more pivotal home non-conference matchups, starting on Friday, Dec. 4 as Seton Hall plays Kansas State on truTV in the second game of its home-and-home series. Â The following day, Creighton hosts Nebraska while DePaul takes on SMU at Wintrust Arena - both on TNT.
- truTV will air a pair of BIG EAST conference tilts in December. Â On Saturday, Dec. 19, Georgetown hosts Seton Hall while on Wednesday, Dec. 30, it is set to broadcast Seton Hall at DePaul.
- TNT is set to air nine doubleheaders in BIG EAST play, including a trio of Saturday tandems to close out the month of January

- The second of two matchups between St. John's and UConn is set for Tuesday, March 2 in Hartford at 7:30 p.m., followed by Butler traveling to Creighton at 9:30 p.m. ET.
- The final day of the regular season - Saturday, March 6 - will feature a pair of matchups on TNT, as Georgetown heads to Villanova at 12:30 p.m. ET before Xavier hosts UConn at 2:30 p.m. ET.

ESPN
- Nearly 50 men's non-conference matchups during the 2026-27 campaign will appear on the ESPN+ streaming platform.
- 10 BIG EAST men's basketball programs will appear at least once on ESPN+ in November and December, beginning with nine games on opening night - Monday, Nov. 2.
- This marks the second season of a digital media rights agreement between the BIG EAST and ESPN, adding hundreds of live BIG EAST events to ESPN's robust college sports portfolio.
- The deal will also include a minimum of 25 non-conference games annually for BIG EAST men's basketball. Â A minimum of 75 women's basketball events and 200 Olympic sports events will stream on ESPN+ annually.
- The relationship between ESPN and the BIG EAST spans more than three decades. The BIG EAST signed its first national television deal with ESPN in 1980.\
