New York – Villanova senior libero Regan Lough was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the third time this season after another strong defensive performance during the Villanova Classic.
 
Lough continues to pace the Wildcats defense. The senior libero averaged 6.29 digs per set to lead the conference this weekend. In another steadfast weekend, Lough recorded 25 digs in a four set win over Temple, and piled up 19 digs in a sweep over Delaware.
 
Villanova opens conference play Friday at 7 p.m. with a tough test at No. 14 Creighton. The Wildcats will round out the road trip with a match at Providence Sunday at 1 p.m.
