MALIBU, CALIF. – Wildcats shutout the Waves out in Malibu in game two of the series, 6-0.
It was all Villanova as they continued to roll in their final series in California. The scoring did not open until the fifth inning when a single to right field scored two for the Wildcats. Both teams had seven hits in the game, but Villanova was able to take advantage scoring six runs.

- Jason Neff follows a three RBI game from the day before with a four RBI performance. He now has nine RBI as a Wildcat.
- Jake Francis secures his second win of the season. The pitcher threw two innings allowing three hits, no runs and a strikeout.
- This is the first game of the season the Wildcats allowed no runs.
