PHILADELPHIA, Pa – Villanova Women's Tennis team traveled to Penn to face the Quakers on Monday where they fell to 0-7.
 
Lauren Monti and Sophia Edwards paired up to compete against double pair No.1 where they were defeated 6-0. In the No.2 spot was duo Maggie Gehrig and Oliva Corcoran, who's match was 4-1 but ended incomplete. Wrapping up the doubles action is Jenna stevens and Maddie Hills who finished with a loss of 6-0.
 
Valieriia Kornieva went up against No.6 where she fought hard but ultimately ended in defeat 4-6,6-3,1-0. Stevens also put up a fight to No.5 but was overtaken 6-4,7-6.
 
The Wildcats are set to travel to Delaware on Friday.
