PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. – The Villanova Wildcats baseball home opener scheduled for February 22 against Towson Tigers baseball has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game has been rescheduled for May 6 at 3:30 p.m. at Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth.
The Wildcats will now have to wait a bit longer to make their 2026 home debut. The postponement was announced Wednesday, February 17, following an unfavorable weather forecast.
Villanova's new home opener is set for March 10 at 3:30 p.m., when the 'Cats host La Salle Explorers baseball at Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth.
