Allie Olsonoski was named an honorable mention for the AVCA All-Region team for the east coast region. Olsonoski is the first Wildcat to receive an AVCA postseason award since Maggie Mergen in 2010.

Olsonoski had a stellar season, hitting .347, the fourth highest attack percentage for a single season in program history. She went on to finish second in program history with a career attack percentage of .300. Olsonoski played good defense at the net, too, and finished fifth in career block assists and eighth in total career blocks.

Olsonoski finished second on the team in kills this season with 234, and was second on the team in total sets played at 109. She was also second on the team in total blocks with 97 this season.

Olsonoski also got it done in the classroom, maintaining a 3.84 GPA as a civil engineering major. She's a member of Tau Beta Pi, the engineering national honor society, and has been named to the Engineering Dean's List, Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the BIG EAST All-Academic Team each semester at Villanova.
