DOVER, Del. — The Villanova baseball team travels to take on Delaware State on Tuesday, April 7, at Bob Reed Field in the second round of the Liberty Bell Classic.

LAST TIME OUT
Villanova is coming off its first BIG EAST series of the season after hosting Butler this past weekend.

Mark Gialluisi has found his rhythm at the plate, tallying four RBI and his first home run of the season over four games last week.

Jack Kelley turned in a strong outing against Butler, striking out a season-high nine batters — the most by a Villanova pitcher this year.

SCOUTING DELAWARE STATE
Delaware State enters Tuesday's matchup with a 2-26 record following a three-game sweep at the hands of Stonehill.
