Villanova Athletics is proud to present the Villanova P.A.W.S program: Providing Athletes With Support. The P.A.W.S. program helps to ensure the best quality experience for Villanova student-athletes, both in the classroom and on the playing fields. Wildcat student-athletes represent the best in athletic and academic achievements, and Villanova is proud to recognize these student leaders.
This week's P.A.W.S. honors go to the Wildcat's Trish Juhline, a senior women's basketball standout from Havertown, Pa., and Cardinal O'Hara High School. Juhline, a first team All-Big East and AP All-America honorable mention performer, helped lead Villanova to the program's first-ever Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA Tournament this season. The Wildcats defeated St. Francis (Pa.), George Washington and Colorado to reach the Elite Eight, before finally falling to No. 1 seed Tennessee in the Mid-East Region Finals.
We congratulate Trish on her achievements, and proudly support the Villanova P.A.W.S. program. For additional information regarding P.A.W.S., contact Villanova University at (610) 519-4605.
