Villanova Athletics is proud to present the Villanova P.A.W.S program: Providing Athletes With Support. The P.A.W.S. program helps to ensure the best quality experience for Villanova student-athletes, both in the classroom and on the playing fields. Wildcat student-athletes represent the best in athletic and academic achievements, and Villanova is proud to recognize these student leaders.
This week's P.A.W.S. honors go to the Wildcat's Marvin Burroughs, a redshirt freshman business administration major and football standout from Atlantic City, N.J., and Atlantic City High School. Last weekend in a 42-13 victory over Richmond, Marvin completed 15-for-19 for 245 yards and five touchdowns in his first-ever collegiate start. For his efforts, he was named the Atlantic 10 Conference's Rookie of the Week.
