Villanova Athletics is proud to present the Villanova P.A.W.S program: Providing Athletes With Support. The P.A.W.S. program helps to ensure the best quality experience for Villanova student-athletes, both in the classroom and on the playing fields. Wildcat student-athletes represent the best in athletic and academic achievements, and Villanova is proud to recognize these student leaders.

This week's P.A.W.S. honors go to the Wildcat's Michelle Biehl, a junior women's soccer standout from Southampton, Pa., and Archbishop Wood High School. Biehl, a third team All-American selection by the NSCAA in 2002, has already earned Big East Defensive Player of the Week honors twice this season. Biehl has helped the `Cats to an 8-1-0 record through the team's first nine games of the season, including six shutouts.
