Villanova Athletics is proud to present the Villanova P.A.W.S program: Providing Athletes With Support. The P.A.W.S. program helps to ensure the best quality experience for Villanova student-athletes, both in the classroom and on the playing fields. Wildcat student-athletes represent the best in athletic and academic achievements, and Villanova is proud to recognize these student leaders.
This week's P.A.W.S. honors go to the Wildcat's Laura Koch, a sophomore liberal arts major and women's soccer standout from Blackwood, N.J., and Gloucester Catholic High School. This past weekend, Koch was named the Big East Conference Championship's Most Oustanding Defensive Performer after helping lead the Villanova women's soccer team to the program's first-ever Big East Championship title. The Wildcats allowed only two goals in three games and defeated UConn, West Virginia and Boston College en route to the title.
We congratulate Laura on her achievements, and proudly support the Villanova P.A.W.S. program. For additional information regarding P.A.W.S., contact Villanova University at (610) 519-4605.
